skeinqueen is taking a short break
Reviews
It is advisable to buy as much yarn as you will need for a project as I may not be able to exactly match what you already have if you run out due to the nature of hand dyeing.
I use professional dyes for colour fastness and light fastness and have had many satisfied customers over the years.
I don't have a bricks and mortar shop but do attend UK knitting shows throughout the year where you can come and squish the yarn in person.

Payment
For custom orders, I dye up the yarn, send you photos of it for your approval and if you're happy with the photos, I then mark it as reserved and list it here in the shop for you to buy at your convenience.
Shipping
For overseas purchases, please note that you are responsible for any customs due on any packets - it hasn't happened yet in all the packages of yarn I send all over the world, but you never know.
Additional policies and FAQs
I am happy for anyone to use these photos for their own purposes eg Ravelry stash, blog... as long as it's made clear that it's Skein Queen yarn.
